After the horrendous weather over the past few weeks, it's great to have so many boats landing again here in Scrabster, the quality is superb and the choice is vast, long may it continue. Yesterday the market was end to end with stunning quality fish, I picked up 12 different varieties of fish in one morning, including red mullet, john dory, monkfish, sole, halibut (to die for) skate and redfish.
