We don’t know what we will be serving you from one day to the next as our dishes are weather and seasonally dependant. Who knows what fresh fish will be available on any given day and when you then consider the seasonality of vegetables and ingredients. Our ethos is creating innovative, honest, locally produced, simply prepared dishes with unique combinations over several courses.

The following sample menu is here because our web designer insisted we have one, but part of our magic is that the menu is never the same from one visit to the next.
