FRONT HOUSE (DECK)

You should be confident with excellent customer service skills and you will be the face of the establishment greeting customers, taking names, making drinks, delivering meals and preparing tables. Your training will include learning about fine wine, foreign names of fish and shellfish and you will be installed with a passion for sustainable food issues and food ethics.

KITCHEN (ENGINE ROOM)

The success of our restaurant greatly rests on the quality of our kitchen systems and staff who play a key role in food preparation that ultimately determines one of the most important aspects of the dining experience — the food. While the chef is is ultimately responsible for the quality of the food we require someone to take care of general food preparation duties and help maintain an orderly and efficient kitchen.

CULINARY NUTRICIONALISTS

Monkfish liver is saturated with Omega-3, zinc spills from oysters, calcium is encrusted within crabs and vitamin D is locked within salmon and mackerel. Later this year we will be launching a new program studying the nutritional content of our dishes and we are looking for someone to control nutrition and ingredient alignment, development and execution related to the menu strategy. As part of a cross-functional team that includes chefs, skippers and suppliers you will apply food and nutrition science expertise and help achieve optimization via ingredients and overall nutrition profile.
