Our dishes are prepared with seasonal vegetables and ingredients and we don't know what fresh fish will be available on the market on any given day. Our ethos is to create and innovative, honest, locally produced, simply prepared dishes with unique combinations over several courses. The menu will never be the same from one visit to the next and we regard this unpredictability, as part of our magic.
